The LBS Centre is situated at the Railway Institute, Queen Street, York. It is located 2 minutes’ walk from York Railway Station.

The Centre has recently invested in a new dance floor in the second floor studio. There are two studios both with dance floors, barres and a changing area. Pianists provide children with the opportunity to dance to live music. This helps children obtain a rich variety of music, rhythm and tempo that enhances their musicality. Within the Centre is the facility to purchase refreshments. Auditions are held annually. Successful candidates are expected to be dedicated and attend all classes. These are held each Saturday termly.

Each successful candidate is awarded a Scholarship however, an annual fee of £168 for Juniors and £267 for Seniors, is payable to cover administration and insurance fees.
